NAHB Spike Club Information
Want to earn a ticket to the International Builders Show’s largest celebration of the year? Become a Spike member. Here’s how.
v Members must earn six Spike credits, within a two year time period, before they are considered a Spike Club member.
v Members earn one Spike Credit for each new member they sponsor.
v When that new member renews after one year of membership, the sponsor earns one spike credit and then half a credit for each consecutive renewal of this member.
v For Affiliate members, Spikes receive a half credit for recruitment and a half credit for their renewal.
v To retain your Spike status, you must earn a minimum of one Spike credit (new member or through renewal) each year until you reach a total of twenty-five credits, at which point you are elevated to Life Spike status.
v Tickets to IBS Spike Party:
§ Must be a Spike in good standing as of October 31st of the calendar year (having at least six credits) and you must have earned at least one new member credit.
§ The new member credit can be one full credit earned when a Builder/Associate member is recruited, or two half credits when an Affiliate or Council member is recruited.
